Smoothie!



Smoothie of Peach and Almonds. 



Peach, besides being a fresh fruit for the hot season, 
are a source of vitamin C and potassium. 
So, by combining the peach with almond butter and soy milk, you can enjoy a good dose of protein and minerals (such as calcium and magnesium) important for the proper functioning of your body. 
On the other hand, this smoothie also provides you with important portions of omega-3.

Ingredients:


  1.  1 cup soy milk 
  2. 1 cup fresh peaches 
  3. 1 tablespoon honey
  4. 1 tablespoon almond butter
  5. 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil 
  6. 5 cubes of ice

A Healthy Drink

This week I decided to made a delicious smoothie that I will call "Green Smoothie". It's a recipe that my mother gave me. I decided to made it because is very healthy and has a lot of benefits for your body. My "Green Smoothie" is made of celery, coriander, lemon and you can add sugar for taste. This delicious smoothie will help you cleanse your organs of toxins, reduce blood pressure and cholesterol. 
The best part is that you can made it easily! only place all the ingredients in the blender adding water and sugar and don't forget take away the lemon peel for the smoothie not bitter, and then blend everything and ready you have a delicious and healthy smoothie.
